How to reset your RETAIN password

RESET A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

1. Navigate to the RETAIN login page
2. Select ‘Forgot password?’
   
   
3. Enter email address associated with the forgotten password > click 'Email Password Reset Link'
   
   
4. Go into your email account that you sent the reset link to > open email from RETAIN with subject line ‘Reset Password Notification’ 
5. Click ‘Reset Password’ button within email
    
   
6. Set new password
   • Enter the following:
     • Email 
     • New Password
     • New Password confirmation
7. Click 'Reset Password'
